I didn't get an email with my Username and Password for cPanel and FTP. How can I get it?

Web Hosting and Domain Registration has high fraud risk, therefore we approve all orders manually. First, please make sure that your account has been activated. In your client area go to the Hosting Plans/Services > My Hosting Plans section and check the status of your hosting account.

Once your account is activated you should see the "Active" status and an email entitled "Hosting Account Information" will be sent to you.

This email contains your Username and Password for FTP and cPanel (hosting control panel), domain nameservers, link to the "Hosting Startup Guide" and will be from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Remember, you will not get the "Hosting Account Information" email until after you pay your invoice. It may take up to 12 hours (usually less than 2 hours) for your account to be activated.

Account status is "Active" but still not receiving the "Hosting Account Information" email?

- Please check the spam/junk folders in your email client, you may find our email there. We also suggest adding our email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to a Safe List in your email client.

- You can also view the "Hosting Account Information" email in your client area if you missed it. We save all important emails there. Simply log into your client area; click on your name on the right side of the top navigational bar; and click the Email History link.
